Terms of Seva & Store Service

1. Devotional Agreement

By downloading our application from Google Play or accessing our online sanctuary, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all orders placed for pooja samagri, brassware, camphor, and devotional items.

2. Authentic Quality & Sacred Standards

Every product cataloged in our store is verified for purity and traditional Agama compliance. Due to the handcrafted nature of items such as brass Nilavilakku lamps and wooden vigrahas, minor natural variations in patina, weight, and artisan engraving are characteristic of authentic craftsmanship.

3. Doorstep Delivery & Slabs

Deliveries originate from our Madiwala fulfillment hub in Bengaluru. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically according to municipal geodesic distance slabs. Orders exceeding ₹999 qualify for complimentary doorstep delivery across Bengaluru.

4. Cancellations & Sacred Refunds

Order Cancellations: Devotees may cancel pending orders before dispatch directly in the app or by notifying our support desk. Upon approval, prepaid amounts are refunded back to the original source (UPI/Card/Bank) within 3–5 working days.

Exchange Policy: If any item arrives damaged, missing, or compromised during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement will be dispatched immediately with priority.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ayappa Grandige Store strives for 100% uninterrupted availability. We shall not be held liable for temporary delays arising from extreme festival surges, weather anomalies, or local municipal transport restrictions.
