Ayappa Grandige Store (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to honoring devotee privacy. This Privacy Policy governs our Progressive Web App (PWA) and Android application distributed via Google Play. We treat your personal information with the same sanctity and purity as our pooja offerings.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to fulfill your orders:

• Personal Contact Data: Name, phone number, and email address provided during checkout or authentication.
• Delivery Addresses: Street address, locality, landmark, pincode, and optional GPS coordinates to calculate doorstep delivery from our Madiwala store.
• Order History: Items ordered, sacred delivery slot preferences, and fulfillment timelines.
• Authentication Data: Google OAuth account identifiers when using Google 1-Click Sign-In.

3. Payment Security & Financial Data

We strictly do NOT collect, store, or process payment card numbers, CVVs, or Netbanking passwords on our servers. All transactions are securely handled by Razorpay, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

4. Location Permissions (GPS & Distance Calculation)

When you tap “Use Current Location” in the cart, our application requests temporary access to your device location. This permission is used solely to determine the travel distance in kilometers from our Madiwala store to apply the correct municipal delivery slab. We do not track your background location or share location data with third parties.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion Policy

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations, you have full control over your personal data:

• You may view and update saved delivery addresses inside your Profile page.
• Account & Data Deletion Request: If you wish to permanently erase your account, contact details, or order records, send an email to support@ayappagrandigestores.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. All associated personal records will be purged from our database within 72 hours.

6. Children's Privacy

Our store is intended for general audiences ordering pooja and temple supplies. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
