1. Fulfillment Hub & Delivery Reach
All sacred pooja essentials, Irumudi sets, and grandige items are packed with care and reverence at our Madiwala Fulfillment Hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We deliver to all residential localities, apartments, and temple trusts across Karnataka.
2. Delivery Distance Slabs & Free Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated based on actual distance from our Madiwala store:
- 0 – 2 km (Temple Vicinity): ₹20
- 2 – 5 km (Inner City): ₹40
- 5 – 8 km (Suburban Bengaluru): ₹70
- Above 8 km: ₹70 base + ₹12 per additional km
- Free Delivery: All orders with a cart total of ₹999 or more receive 100% free delivery across Bengaluru!
3. Sacred Delivery Time Slots
Devotees can pick between specialized puja fulfillment slots:
- Morning Puja Slot (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Ideal for morning nitya pooja, abhishekam, and sankalpa rituals.
- Evening Sandhya Slot (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Prepared for deeparadhana, bhajan gatherings, and evening aarti.
4. Item Replacement & Exchange Policy
Due to the sacred nature of consecrated items (Vibhuti, Chandan, Kumkum, Edible Prasada), perishable and sacred powders once opened cannot be returned. However, if any glass frames, brass lamps, or sealed items arrive cracked, defective, or missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- We arrange an immediate, free replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
